Take “Flight” at Mazza Museum’s April Funday Sunday

University of Findlay’s Mazza Museum will offer Funday Sunday in-person on April 3 on the University’s campus. This free, public event will be held 1-4 p.m. Registration is required and can be completed on the Mazza Museum’s website.

The theme of April’s Funday Sunday session is “Flight” and will feature a number of activities that will show participants what it’s like to fly including a flight simulator, courtesy of the Findlay Flying Circuit Club, a hot air balloon activity, flying disk art, LEGO airplane building, a show in the Newhard Planetarium, and more. Heather Sensel, Mazza Museum education manager, noted, “If you love things that can fly – this day is for you!”

Funday Sunday features themed, family-friendly learning extravaganzas designed to encourage artistic expression, enhance literacy knowledge, and develop critical thinking skills. This program is sponsored by Farmers and Merchants State Bank, and Taylor Automotive Group.
