Course Combination Form
The course combination form is used when you are teaching two classes and would like them combined in Blackboard into one class. The Master Class will be the main course that you want everything combined into. The Slave Course is the course that you want combined into the master course.
You will need to fill this form out and then you will need to print the form and send it on to the area director and the respective college dean for their signatures.
