What is the Annual Fund?
The University of Findlay Annual Fund provides critical unrestricted current operational support to the University. Your gifts to this fund play a vital role in sustaining the ongoing operations of the University and provide an important margin of educational excellence as the institution moves further into the 21st century. These gifts directly enhance the quality of learning that our students receive. Every gift counts and is needed now more than ever.

Why is it important to support the Annual Fund?
A gift to The University of Findlay Annual Fund is important because the contribution’s unrestricted nature provides the necessary financial flexibility to support immediate University operational needs and important projects. It also sends a strong philanthropic message to other prospective donors and assists The University of Findlay in attracting additional external funding.

What do gifts to the Annual Fund support?

  • Scholarships and financial assistance for students.

How will I be recognized for my gift?
At The University of Findlay donors are listed at the following levels of recognition:   
  • Up to $100 - Friend  
  • Up to $249 - 1882 Society  
  • Up to $449 - Old Main Society  
  • Up to $999 - Memorial Arch Society  
  • Up to $2,499 - Alma Mater Society  
  • Up to $4,999 - Keystone Club  
  • Over $5,000 - University Club

What calendar does the Annual Fund use to recognize gifts?
The Annual Fund recognizes gifts according to the University's fiscal year, which runs from July 1 to June 30.  For example, gifts received between July 1, 2007 and June 30, 2008, will be counted as fiscal gifts and will be listed in the 2007-2008 fiscal report.
