On Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011 The University of Findlay celebrated Applause! This event is a recognition reception to honor those who made significant financial contributions to The University of Findlay. Individuals who contributed $100 or more in cash to the University during the preceding fiscal year, which ended June 30, 2011, were invited to this very special evening. In addition, Dr. James A. and Janet B.* Miller (*posthumously), James H. and Connie Rooney and Edward J. and Melinda P. Taylor were honored as the recipients of the 2011 Distinguished Associates award during the evening. This prestigious award is given to those who provide significant financial support and serve as volunteers with the University.
