On Thursday, Nov. 18, The University of Findlay celebrated Applause! This event is a recognition reception to honor those who made significant financial contributions to The University of Findlay. Individuals who contributed $100 or more in cash to the University during the preceding fiscal year, which ended June 30, 2010, were invited to this very special evening. In addition, Sherrye Trafton, J. Duane Philipp, G. Ronald Philipp, Ronald and Susan Souply and Dr. Richard W. Malcolm were honored as the recipients of the 2010 Distinguished Associates award during the evening. This prestigious award is given to those who provide significant financial support and serve as volunteers with the University.
