Test Taking Procedures
The director will approve your use of the testing center to take course tests/quizzes.
It is your responsibility to make the test appointment with the ODS office at 419-434-4697 or by visiting in person one week prior to scheduled test/quiz.
It is your responsibility to inform your professor of the testing center appointment (appointment cards will be handed out at the ODS office).
Your professor may choose to use an office or classroom close to him/her for your accommodations.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment and be prepared to take the test upon arrival.
You must show your student ID for verification.
All students taking a test in the testing center will be monitored and recorded via a video camera. Professors will be informed of any evidence of suspicious behavior.
If we are not meeting your accommodation needs, please inform a staff person as soon as possible.
Tests/quizzes will be returned to the professor and grades will be determined and recorded by the professor.
