Interviewing
An interview, just like respect, is a two-way street. Not only is the interview an opportunity for the employer to get to know you, but it is also a great opportunity for you to find out what it would be like to work for that particular company. The employer evaluates whether you would be a good fit for the company and you will determine if the job is right for you. Interviewing is your chance to shine and really show the employer who you are, what you're about, and how you will be an asset to their organization.
Students and alumni may participate in on-campus interviews provided you submit a resume before the deadline and meet the employer's minimum qualifications.
