Visiting Executive Series
Bernard R. Vonderhaar II, previously employed by WhiteHorse Capital Partners L.P., Highland Capital Management L.P., and The Commonfund and Bankers Trust Co., has raised capital and managed client relationships in both long strategies (active and passive, domestic and global, and equities and fixed income) and alternative strategies (structured products, private equity and venture capital, natural resources, real estate and hedge funds). He also has worked as an analyst in mergers and acquisitions in the banking and energy industries. For the past several years, Vonderhaar has been a guest lecturer at the SMU Cox School of Business, the Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary, the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas and at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. Vonderhaar holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The University of Findlay and an MBA with a concentration in economics from Ashland University.
