2012 UF/NMI Graduates Inducted into UF’s Mu Iota Chapter of Lambda Nu

Ashley Clark and Shannon Whitten, 2012 graduates of the
Nuclear Medicine Institute (NMI) at The University of Findlay, recently were
inducted into UF’s Mu Iota Chapter of Lambda Nu, a national honor society for
the radiologic and imaging sciences.
Clark, of Ashland, Ohio, graduated with a 3.9 GPA from NMI
after completing didactic training at NMI and clinical training at the Summa
Health System in Akron. She also graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nuclear
medicine technology from The University of Findlay with a GPA of 3.5.
Whitten, of Toledo, Ohio, graduated with a 3.9 GPA from NMI
after completing didactic training at NMI and clinical training at the University
of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor, Mich.
Findlay’s Mu Iota Chapter of Lambda Nu recognizes academic
excellence, service and leadership. Membership into this honor society
distinguishes students, graduates and faculty members as part of a group whose
members share similar values and high standards for achievement. Membership not
only recognizes academic achievements, but also member commitment to the
profession.
