College of Pharmacy
- Students can complete an MBA along with the Pharm. D.
- Students can complete a master of science in health informatics along with the Pharm. D.
- One of only 13 pharmacy schools in the country to offer a 0+6 program
- Entering class size of 72 students each fall
- Professional courses taught in small sections of 36 students
- Classes are taught interactively.
- Sixth-year students do all nine months of clinical education at one of 25 hub sites, but can choose from a variety of elective experiences away from the hub to help each student meet personal and professional goals.
- All professors are doctoral qualified.
- Professors have an educationally diverse background.
Our faculty use an interactive teaching style, integrating subjects such as pharmacy, pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, kinetics, herbal and over-the-counter therapies into an organ system based curriculum. You will study the care of patients in integrated courses.

Findlay’s experiential program is unparalleled. Each student is matched with a preceptor, in one location, which allows each student time to establish professional relationships and truly become part of a health care team over a period of time.
The College of Pharmacy has offered 38 scholarships of $5,000 to freshman studants as part of the Choose Ohio First Program. More information can be found here.
The College of Pharmacy at The University of Findlay was given approval from the Ohio Board of Regents and the Higher Learning Commission to offer a doctor of pharmacy degree and has been awarded full accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) during its June 2011 meeting of the ACPE Board of Directors.
