An application for the NMI program is available from the Institute and may also be accessed by simply clicking on the highlighted word "application". Prospective applicants are encouraged to apply at least 9-12 months prior to the desired beginning class date since enrollment in the program is limited and clinical placement is competitive. Applications may be sent to NMI far in advance of the desired start date.

A NON-REFUNDABLE $25 application fee must accompany each application form. Applications received without the application fee are not processed. Please note that the application process requires that students submit three letters of reference. These letters can be from anyone with the exception of family members.
