Early Childhood

Early Childhood

request-more-info
Children in the early childhood years (ages 3 through 8) are filled with curiosity, energy and a sense of wonder about the world around them.  They also have a desire to be accepted for who they are.

As an early childhood teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a very positive impact on every child you teach and help each child develop a love of learning. Young children need teachers who are dedicated, knowledgeable, lifelong learners, organized and positive in their approach.

If this describes you, early childhood may be the right career choice for you.

You may begin your licensure program at The University of Findlay as a high school graduate, as a transfer student from another institution of higher education, or you can enter the post-baccalaureate program if you have a bachelor’s degree in any major field of study.

If you want to make a positive difference in the life of a child, we welcome you to The University of Findlay’s early childhood education programs!
