Freshman, Pre-Pharmacy MajorDiving into extracurricular activities even before the first day of classes, Tiffany Sponsler got a head start on learning how to make the most of her college career.A freshman pre-pharmacy major from Findlay, Tiffany is already involved in four activities outside of classes: Marching Oiler Brass, Wind Ensemble, University Jazz Band and the Pharmacy Student Organization. She hopes to someday be able to participate in the Student Government Association and other campus organizations.
"If I had more time, I’d like to do the intramurals, because they seem like a lot of fun and keep you physically active,” she noted. According to Tiffany, her transition into college life has been exciting and fun.“Because I joined the marching band, I got a chance to make new friends even before classes started. I’ve really had a great time meeting new people,” she said.
Reflecting on why she chose to attend The University of Findlay, Tiffany said she wanted to be close to home. “UF

One of the main reasons Tiffany says she loves being at Findlay is because she feels welcomed and comfortable. By meeting a lot of new friends, developing a relationship with professors and being involved in organizations, Tiffany knows that there will always be somewhere she can go with questions.
